When our relationships are healthy and strong, they can bring us joy and give us a sense of belonging, as well as provide support and connection. Difficult relationships- whether it be with our partner, our children, parents, siblings, friends, or ourselves- can cause us to feel anxious, stressed, hurt, and sad. As your coach, I’ll help you to see how it benefits you to take 100% responsibility for your role in the relationship so you no longer feel the need to fix or change anyone else. Instead, you’ll realize that you have the power to change the relationship dynamic in a way that works for you. I’ll give you the tools you need to help you better manage your emotions, improve communication, and set boundaries so your relationships are healthier and no longer cause you pain.
