What does a life coaching session look like?
​​You will:
  • Identify how beliefs established from past experiences are affecting your life and your current relationships
  • Take responsibility for the relationships you have created so you can improve them, change them, or end them
  • Answer meaningful and directed questions to uncover  your true desires and overcome obstacles that are getting in your way
  • Shift your focus onto yourself and change your thoughts and behavior to create the life you want

You will not:
  • Rehash and relive painful childhood experiences and trauma and blame others for your misfortune
  • Spend lengthy amounts of time venting and complaining about what other people in your life have done or are doing to you
  • Listen to me, as your coach, tell you what I think is best for you and what you should do. 
  • Psychoanalyze the person or people in your life who you believe are causing you stress and try to figure out how to fix them so that you can feel better
