What Is Life Coaching?

 Life coaching is process during which I, your coach, will be your guide to finding your own answers.
The life coaching process will allow you to realize your inner power and true value so that you can move forward with confidence.  

 Coaching will transform your life if:
You are done being a victim
You are ready to accept 100% responsibility for your life
You are motivated to take consistent action to change your life for the better
You are committed fully to the process

What does a life coaching session look like?
You will not:
  • Rehash and relive painful childhood experiences and trauma and blame others for your misfortune
  • Spend lengthy amounts of time venting and complaining about what other people in your life have done or are doing to you
  • Listen to me, as your coach, tell you what I think is best for you and what you should do. 
  • Psychoanalyze the person or people in your life who you believe are causing you stress and try to figure out how to fix them so that you can feel better

  • Identify how beliefs established from past experiences are affecting your life and your relationships in the present
  • Take responsibility for the relationships you have created so you can improve them, change them, or end them
  • Answer meaningful and directed questions to uncover  your true desires and the actions steps which best serve you
  • Shift your focus onto yourself and change your thoughts and behavior to create the life you want
